Location is perfect. Just in the heart of Ubud, many restaurants around. Very nice staff, they smile and help all the time! We had an issue with rats in the kitchen so management upgraded our room. Thank you Evitel!

Location is perfect right in the middle of the center and walkable. Room size is ok plus small balcony,there are bathroom necessities ,tea and water. Pool on rooftop is very nice but it needs some updates

The location was great. Right in the middle of the bush canggu area. The room was reasonably new. The breakfast was pretty good too. They changed it up a bit on the second morning.

The hotel’s central location in Ubud, close to the Monkey Forest, is fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and lively streets. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and dedicated to enhancing the guest experience. The food was excellent as well! We had initially booked a Superior room, but to our delight, we were upgraded to a Suite, which made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect to discover Ubud. Walking distance to so so many restaurants, cafes and bars. 5 mins walk to the Sacred Monkey Forest. Staff is very nice and kind.

The location is just perfect. Rooms are spacious. The bathrooms were clean. The pool was nice to have. The area is perfect for chilling out in the evening. No compromise on amenities. Staff Behaviour is really commendable. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. Buffet breakfast had many options. Overall our stay was good. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is very spacious with modern decor. On the rooftop there is a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the rice fields. Each room has a balcony and 2 chairs and a little table. The only thing I missed in their rooms was closet space. Wifi very reliable and very fast The hotel is situated in a great location , around the corner are the monkey forest and the Yoga barn. Many shops , bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff treated me like a princess. Because I am gluten intolerant they prepared a special breakfast for me with a fruit platter, grilled vegetables and gluten free bread . The reception goes out of their way to make you comfortable , all of them are so welcoming and friendly. Housekeeping always ready with extra towels or to clean your room in the afternoon ! Special thanks to Prima who organised a ride to Amed with a private car. Also special thanks to Ari and to Rudi and to the chef. Had really wonderful stay and time and am very grateful to the staff for their kindness and hospitality.

The Evitel is in a great location. The rooms were basic but very clean, and the ac worked great. There was lots of hot water, and the staff went out of their way to help you. I would definitely stay here again
